Easy Books is a wonderful app that makes the dreaded task of bookkeeping a breeze. I love it.

After trying so many accounting programs - this is by far the easiest to use with no real knowledge of bookkeeping necessary. Highly recommend everyone needing an accounting program to give this a look see. I did have to set my books up several times because I hate reading manuals but by the fourth setup, I had it figured out.

This app works well but it would be significantly better if it allowed split transactions.

Very user friendly, I use this program for my business and it really has everything I need. The profit and loss charts are really helpful for working on margins. Excellent product.

Work offline. Safe online. Use up to six devices. Simple. Quick. I was up to date on my accounting in a matter of hours. No struggling with useless accounts to sort thru. I have a new small business and for me to know where my money is going and coming from great! Suggestions... Add taxes so we can remit. And make putting employees and their deductions avail. It was easy to work around but would have been a ten with those features. Or even add a cust count option.

Love this app use it for my small kart shop, the app is well supported with frequent updates and well priced for what you get.

Heres a red flag, this is the second review Ive written, only because my first one got discarded when I hit send but forgot to give a star rating.... What? Thats rediculous. So much for reviews? Ive been trying to unsubscribe from easy books for 2 days, Ive sent emails, and dissected their website. Ive had no response, let alone found ANY phone number to call. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

This is NOT a serious accounting program. It will not allow a breakdown of individual accounts by month or year. You cannot even print out a report that will be useful to any accountant. The support team acknowledged that this information would be useful and promised it for a future update

Love this app. Easy to use, fast loading, self explanatory, exactly what my small business needed. I can do an invoice in seconds and update my purchases on the fly. Love it.

My partner and I run a seasonal greenhouse operation with several employees. We used to use Quickbooks on our clunky old desktop computer but wanted something portable for iPads since thats mostly what we use now. Weve tried out a few different apps, but this one did everything we wanted. Not as many bells and whistles as Quickbooks but frankly speaking we never used half of their features anyways. Weve had some issues using AirDrop for backups so we just use the email backups and have had no issues. Simple and fairly intuitive. Well worth the small investment compared to what it would have cost us to use those other guys online version.

As a professional public accountant I have to say this is the best mobile app for a small business owner who is on the go and needs the functionality of a desktop accounting software.

This is a great tool for my small business, but I would like to see an addition to the time tracker function. If there were a way for employees to enter their own time and description of services provided (and not have access to edit any other info) from their own apps, this would save double entries from manual tracking or other software. If this addition was added I would give this 5 stars!

Great app but wish it had a category for travel expense!

I tried a number of apps before Easy Books. Most of the apps have graphs and pie charts which are pretty but also pretty useless so far as Im concerned. Easy Books provides numeric reports which are factual and to the points. The syncing feature however I find too costly and hence will not purchase. What I would like to see added to the reports is a one month calendar showing the recurring payments on the applicable dates and projected balances on those dates.

Im an accountant and was looking for something more than a spreadsheet to collect the revenues and expenses for my childrens garlic and egg sales (we have a micro hobby farm). I couldnt be happier. Very well thought out and simple to use.

One of the best accounting apps for ipad. First of all - due to its flexibility. You can create accounts you need. You can name it you like. And you can create any transaction for any operation. But the best future of this app - is active and passive accounts. I think, any professional accountant finds that the principle of double entry is the most clear way of accounting. Respect to developers!
