Great accounting software - needs Dropbox

4/7/2015: Very good update. Please introduce an option to sync across platforms using DROPBOX and I’ll gladly give you 5 stars. Im currently using Quickbooks but really like what this app has to offer. I even like the modularized pricing model. However, I stop short of buying in because I dont like the costs for syncing my data across platforms. At least, Id like the option of using Dropbox. Until it offers Dropbox for its data store and syncing, Im out.

Easy...as the Apps name suggests

Very intuitive and easy to use app. Downloaded the app and literally had my profile and first months transactions completed within 10 minutes. Very simply designed, and gives me exactly what I need. First 60 transactions are free which gives ample enough time to decide whether its a keeper. Unlimited transactions after that for only $39. The reports are basic but again, suit my needs as I am a small business with online sales.

Multi-currency

I wish they can include multi currency

Invoice design

When generating an invoice, adding an address for a customer overrides the customers name. It will also be good to include the ability to fully customize invoices by ensuring that company logo can be aligned right, left or center. Overall, I must encourage and thank the developer for always providing excellent customer support. Cheers, Victor.

Synching problem

I love Easy books but with the new upgrade when I send Invoice to a customer and I select email it wont pul the email address from the customers info file and it used to work just fine till now.

Mobile Sync

Ive had a few issues with this product, but for the most part it seems to work well. My main complaint is with the mobile sync, after I purchased the in app mobile sync I still had issues with getting an overlay on my invoices that said "sample". Then it magically started working but the invoices from the computer were all jacked up so I had to issue them from my phone or iPad to get one that had the right pricing. And about a week later I was notified that I had to renew my subscription, I thought it was a one time purchase. So while this seems like an inexpensive app the costs just keep coming

Great for small Biz easy to use and share !

A great tool for the small business. Keeps us up to date faster than the annual accountant! The sharing function is a tremendous help. This little app has evolved nicely since we first saw it in 2013. Thank you.

Great Product

I love Easy Books. I do hope you continue to develop this App. I wish I could take payment with my Square Reader once I enter a sale. I need to leave the app currently. I have also been able to figure out a system to track consignment items as well through the Supplier Tab.

Need print directly in app

Good app, but stock inventory is too complicated. Also, should be able to print right off the app instead of sending email and print.

Excellent for small business

Good for creating a personal balance sheet for personal net worth. Great for creating balance sheets and income statements. Good for small businesses that are mobile. Graphs and charts showing income, expenses and P&L would make this 5 stars!

Easybooks is Awesome

I cant recommend this bookkeeping system enough. It is the best for small businesses. Especially great for my one man plumbing repair operation. Costs are very low also. This system makes Quickbooks look pretty sad and expensive in comparison. Easy books is the Best.
